An Experienced Litigation Attorney

I am a trial attorney with extensive litigation and appellate experience in South Carolina’s state and federal courts. I will champion your battle in the courtroom for divorce, property division, child support, child custody, personal injury accidents, and business-related disputes. While many disputes are resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, I am always ready to go to court for you if needed.

Client-Focused, Direct Legal Advocacy For All Aspects Of Court Proceedings

I built my law firm, MBR Law, LLC, on the foundation of more than two decades of successfully negotiating and litigating on behalf of my clients throughout the state and federal courts in South Carolina. I provide my clients with legal services for a wide variety of litigation, including personal injury claims, business litigation, construction defects, civil rights defense, governmental employee defense, police officer defense, car wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, on-the-job injuries, workers’ compensation claims, legal malpractice, divorce, child custody, child support, commercial vehicle wrecks, consumer litigation, and defective products. My litigation practice has grown over the years through past client and attorney referrals.

Representing Clients Throughout South Carolina For More Than 20 Years

My Focus Is Fighting To Win Your Personal Injury Claim

I help those with grievous injuries pursue the compensation they deserve for medical bills, rehabilitation, prescription costs, lost and future wages, and pain and suffering.

While I do not guarantee the results for my clients’ claims – no attorney can – I pledge to use the law to seek the full measure of compensation available to right the wrongs in their circumstances.
